fill empty homes and orphan hearts

Good morning, good people. Friday already, is it me or is time just flying by too quickly?

My thoughts this week has been circling around hope. Hope. That word in itself makes my heart smile. We have traversed through some very dark terrain emotionally and economically during our years of infertility. To some extent our spiritual lives remained intact because of faith and hope.

Hope has sustained us and now that we are in a different season in our lives, we realize that we have to pay it forward. By this I mean that we’ve made our journey a resource to others to glean from. We also avail ourselves to those in need as a referral resource pointing them in the direction they should take in the hope of the best outcome for their situation.

Each day we step closer and closer to our dream in paying it forward. This is the determination to ensure the justice, purpose and will of God is fulfilled in  and through us. Sometimes it seems like “Mission Impossible” while other times the steady beat of our hearts has us marching ahead into this very thing. Hope. May it envelop you, may you embrace it. May you also pay it forward.

Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing.
Psalms 143:10 NLT

Love always…
